New reservation
We will suspend the acceptance of reservations that apply Go To Travel for new reservations for check-in by Sunday, December 27, 2020.

Existing reservation
Reservations made between December 24, 2020 (Thursday) and December 27, 2020 (Sunday) by 24:00 on December 16, 2020 (Wednesday) will not be discounted.

Handling of cancellation fees for accommodation reservations on our official reservation site
For those who live in Hiroshima City who fall under the above, and for accommodation reservations that apply Go To Travel to Hiroshima City, if the following two cases apply, it will be canceled until Saturday, December 26, 2020. The fee is free.
1. Reservations made by 24:00 on Wednesday, December 16, 2020
2. Check-in by Sunday, December 27, 2020
