① Countermeasures for infection in the hall
[About disinfection]
-Alcohol disinfectant is installed at the entrance and various places inside the building to disinfect your hands.
-The staff diligently alcohol-disinfects common areas such as elevator buttons that are easy to touch.

[About social distance]
・In order to prevent splash infection, we will check-in by sitting in the lounge and install a splash diffusion prevention panel at the front counter (to be introduced around the middle of June) in order to avoid face-to-face service as much as possible.
・We will provide information on seating arrangements that maintain a social distance in the lounge, shared kitchen, and restaurant.
・We will guide you through the line-up restrictions to avoid congestion during check-in.

[Ventilation]
-In addition to the 24-hour mechanical ventilation that is normally performed, we will regularly perform window opening ventilation as needed.

② Confirmation of employee health
・All employees are required to check and report their health before going to work. If there is a problem with your physical condition, we will wait for you at home.
-Even if the employee's family is tested for the new coronavirus, we will report it to the company and keep the employee at home.

③ Request for cooperation from customers
・Please wear a mask inside the building during your stay.
・Alcohol disinfectants are installed at the entrance and various places in the building, so please perform a thorough hand disinfection.
・At the time of check-in, we will check the temperature, health status, and overseas travel history for all customers.
・For customers who are worried about their health condition, we may refuse the use of dormitory type guest rooms at the relevant store, may restrict the use of the facility and report to the public health center.
