HATCHi We invite Mr. Hubei Abe, a calligrapher who has worked on a "three-dimensional book" currently on display in Kanazawa's hall, and following the last year, we will hold a workshop of the beginning of the book which is perfect for the beginning of 2019!

How about starting a one letter writing a New Year's ambition or favorite letter in the commemoration of the New Year's Kanazawa trip, or writing a four-character idiom? As well as local people, those who are beginners or those coming from abroad are also welcome! Professor Abe will teach it easily, so please do not hesitate to drop in by all means.

Although there is no particular possession, since the work is paper it is safe to have a clear file or toteback when you take it home.

* It is not the long paper of the traditional vertical 4 letters but the color paper size etc.
* Reservation is unnecessary. However, please be aware that there is a possibility of waiting in case of being full.
