HATCHi Kanazawa will exhibit photographs of the photographer group "River" traveling around the country with a skateboard culture perspective with focus on Kanazawa from December 8th for about three months. River / kawa kawa
A unit project started by 2016 by two photographers, Shinsaku Arakawa and Tokuyuki Sekikawa, who are engaged in photo activities mainly in skateboard related media both in Japan and overseas. The character of "river" common to their surname is derived.
Filmer and Mr. Nagaoka also joined as image department from 2017. It is based in Kyoto and Kanazawa, flowing throughout the country while holding exhibitions and projects.In the first solo song "River book" travels around 8 domestic sites in Kumamoto, Osaka, Sendai, Kyoto, Kanazawa, Okinawa, Asakusa, Gifu.
In addition to the movement as a single "river", we are also actively collaborating on interactions with people who make products such as "ESOW and river".In 2018, "2 river" which is the second issue of "River's Book" was released.
